We finally took some more pictures in order to better see the progress over the last two months  The changes have not been very dramatic as of late but are vastly improving the home.  Over the last week and a half we have had much of the duct work for the HVAC installed.  Putting HVAC in an old home is not as cut and dry as in newer homes we have learned.  The contractor has also installed much of the plumbing in.  Additionally Kate has her first of two tubs in the home so that is a plus.

Old homes are fun, just look at the interesting lines in the third photo.   Maybe a good paint job will hide this?

Spring is here in NC and it is nice to see the surprise flowers scattered across the yard.  Unfortunately it does not look like the Crepe Mrytles out front are going to make it….

Just kidding Anne, they are finally starting to bud out.
