With the help of Andy’s wonderful friend, we have cast our countertops.  We spent Saturday creating the mold creating the mold out of some pine trim, 4X8 pieces of MDF coated with melamine, and various pieces of trash to form the mold.  Sunday we spent perfecting the mold, measuring several times, then pouring the concrete. …

Changes are starting to become drastic once again.  We have a new front door (that will soon be orange), the crepe myrtles finally started blooming, the paint is almost finished, and new doors have been installed throughout the house.  It is great to see the paint in the house. We decided on a neutral color…
