It was short but awesome experience.  After being in Raleigh for around 17 years and at Camden Street for 4 years we decided to head west.  With one of us getting a job transfer and several offers for Kate we ended up in Asheville the summer of 2015. Renovating the Camden Street home (or more accurately having someone else renovate) was a lot of work and headaches and even more rewarding.  The home was on the market for three days before we accepted an offer.  Appropriately, our last night in our house was 4 years to the day of our first night in the house.  Hopefully the new owners enjoy the home as much as we did.

Now we are living in Andy’s sister basement while looking for a place with some land out in the mountains of western NC.
