Sheetrock started going up quickly last week and it looks great.  We had hoped to keep more of the plaster in respect to the age of the home but you work with what you got, turns out there aren’t many craftsmen working with plaster in Raleigh.  We also got the cabinet and appliances ordered so we should see the kitchen coming together over the next month.   Seven and half weeks to go provided nothing pops up.
